Now that the excitement and celebrations of the holiday are over, we are diving deep into the coldest, darkest and seemingly longest month. And if you live in New England, you know exactly what I mean about the 65-day month that is January.
This year I actually looked forward to January when I was trying to keep up with the pace and demands of the holiday season. I craved quiet, rest and time for self-care.
January is the best month to focus on self-care and wellness. It is a time to start fresh and an opportunity for growth.
